Paper

Ruswal Global provides impartial and unbiased inspections and tests of sorted recovered paper.

Ruswal Global offers inspection and testing services of sorted recovered paper, paperstock, paperboard and other paper-based waste materials in compliance with international regulations, such as EN643, as well as INGEDE guidelines.

Our services conform to regulations such as the European standard EN 643, ensuring the cargo meet the requirements for wastepaper import and export. Using visual and mechanical verification, we confirm the weight, loading, grade, quality, moisture, baling condition and packing of sorted and baled recovered paper. This defines the grade of the wastepaper and limits the presence of impurities and off spec materials (metal, plastic waxed paper, textiles, wood etc) in the cargo.

Cargo loading inspection at vessel or other transport vehicle may include:

  • Pre-shipment inspection;
  • Holds inspection prior loading;
  • Visual inspection of the loading;
  • Determining weight of the loaded cargo by draught survey method;
  • Sampling and testing in accredited laboratories;
  • Photographic evidence;
  • Full report / certificate based on the results.
  • Providing full photographic and written report.
